      This is our story: 
      Established in early 2018, Dirty Bourbon started as a self inspired project out of Jamey's Basement. Having had been in several musical projects starting since he was 14, he has been pouring funds into band merch for over a decade. Continuously having to order lots of shirts and sometimes not even being able to make enough sales for a return.
      The idea of Dirty Bourbon was born. Jamey bought his first screen printing press for Christmas and started practicing. The goal? - to offer printing services to local and regional bands who were just as tired and jaded as himself. Within a few months, he was working a 9-5 job booking clowns for birthday parties, and coming home to print shirts for another 6 hours before going to bed. Printing and pressing thousands of shirts every single week. There were shirts everywhere, boxed, piled, unboxed, hanging to dry and literally all over his house. Bands continued to flock to the cheaper cost and equal quality of larger print shops, and slowly after months and months Jamey got completely burnt out. His back hurt, his body hurt, and it took a major toll on him physically. He decided to step away from printing temporarily to get his mojo back.
      Flash to March 2020 - COVID19 happens, bands don't particularly need shirts anymore, and Jamey gets temporarily fired from his full time job. Dirty Bourbon Clothing is born. Jamey invested all of his free time into learning expert graphic design techniques and really finding his own style. Tattoo Inspired Streetwear - with the goal to endorse and sponsor bands and to help communities that need help (LGBT/POCs). This brand is for everyone, whether you are punk, goth, alternative, a nerd, tattoo lover, musician, whatever... You are valued. 
      I have always wanted to help people, and I finally found a way to do that, that I absolutely love. I have a lot of ideas on how I want to grow DBC, but we have a long way to go to get there. I appreciate your support from day 1, and I will continue to appreciate it as long as I'm pushing this brand to its limits. Jamey - Owner & Designer
